Subject: Are we all calmed back down now?

Well, things got interesting around here over the weekend! I am glad to see that it looks like things have been worked out and I certainly hope we are all ready to move forward together.

Here is a small list of minister positions I have appointed so far. If I miss someone, please forgive me and let me know. It is certainly not intentional, I am doing this off the top of my head and there are 12 of you for me to keep straight.

Minister of Defense - Tom. Tom has some recruits as well. The main purpose for this group will be to retaliate against people who have hit us. Now if someone takes a prop or two, deal with it of course. This position was created in response to things like Alex getting wiped in a couple of places. This will be done using comps which are clearly marked as being from us so there is no question that we can and will stand up for our own. Right now there is 1 comp in Guildford names Vengeance of S S CABAL which is city capable and ready to go where needed. If you have been having problems, let either myself or Tom know and we will go from there.

Minister of War - Chris. This position is for offensive attacks and will be conducted from annonymous bomber comps. Ther eis one in the works right now, it is a town but wil have city access very soon. This is mainly for taking of licenses in cities and gaining control in cities. We have plans to work with Jay's alliance, the Crazy Canucks, and take over in Guildford. I would like to see us follow this up with a take over of sorts in Chicago as well. These efforts will be spear-headed by Chris and his team of recruits.

Minister of Finance - Shawn. I have no intention of trying to build a bank comp, we had a lot of arguement against the need last time around. However, with both of the previous positions, money will be needed to accomplish those goals. It will be Shawn responsibility to have access to those comps so that he may see who makes donations when and to set up a resonable payment schedule so that we may each participate financially in accomplishing the stated goals. Please expect to work very closely with Shawn to get this done.

Web-master - Dragon. Dragon expressed an interest a while back in doing some of the web-site work but I basically ignored him because that was going to be Andrews job. Well, since Andrew is still having problems being available consistently, I have handed to site over to Dragon. I expect to still keep putting the notes on the main pages but any information about new comps or recruits and so forth should be directed to Dragon directly and he will be maintaining the lists. If there are problems (like me missing putting Tom on a page), let him know. The Generals page has everyones names linked to their e-mail so there is no excuse for not staying in touch or not letting someone know of a problem.

Minister of Towns - Des. I have asked Des (AKA Kai) to get us some town area set aside so that when we want/need to start a new comp, we have easy access to being able to do this in short order. This includes building new bomber comps for either the defense or war departments as well as any new comps each of us may decide we need to build in the future. This is relly not intended for building of town feeders though. If this is your interest, contact Des about where he is and perhaps we can work on gaining control of a town completely.

Minister of Comunications - Heather. I have asked Heather to be our main contact person for the new recruits. This will mainly consist of keeping attention on the new message board for the underlings. I still expect everyone to keep their own recruits informed of what is happening and what yout expectations of them are. Also, I do not want to see sensitive info on that board (i.e. let's take over Guildford). That kind of information is NOT for public consumption. Treat taht board as if it is public because we never know when we may be infiltrated from outside. This board is seperate for that very reason. I found out after the reset that we did have at least some of that happenin last time around. There was a person who is currently in the top 5 on the rich list who had access to that message board even though she had no idea who I was!!! Heather will be watching for any problems along those lines and will be helping to make sure the recruits behave appropriately.

Minister of Diplomacy - Rob. This position will be responsible for attempts at avoiding war. A lot of this will consist of staying in touch with our allies and perhaps recruiting new alliances. For the most part, our allies are people who we are each allied with on the side. This would be things like the Familiars who I am a member of. I will be the contact point for anything between our two groups. Several of you are also involved with other alliances. I would hope we will come first as you're each have a certain amount of power and responsibility here. I also would like to ask that you keep those other alliance situations limited to just one moer alliance. Not all of what Rob will be doing will be being nice though. He will alos be the one to let others know if we are declasring war against them and will serve as the contact point for such activities.

Minister of cites - Jay. Jay will be instrumental in helping us secure Guildford and then holding it. Any activity there will need to be coordinated through him. I am hoping he will also come to Chicago to assist in our efforts there as well.

Priest of Orten - Thor. Thor and I have spoken about starting a "Holy War" against scripters. This will be done with a special group of comps which will be a subdivision of our alliance and is not to be known outside this room that it is us behind it. More on this later but if you are interested in playing a role with this, contact either myself or memo Overthor in Waco.

At this time Ed and Andrew are on leave. Ed is finishing school and then will be traveling so will not be on Netro hardly at all and I have already mentioned Andrews troubles.

Alex is taking the job of reviewing all new recruits applications. Please contact him for final approval on all new recruits.

Finally, I am taking the job of overseeing the operation as a whole and ensuring that each person is doing what is required with their assignments. Any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact either Alex or myself. We are both comminted to making this the best alliance this game has ever seen!

Sorry this is so long but I hope it will help us to get moving in the right direction. We have a great core group, now to show the rest of the Netro world what we are capable of accomplishing.
