Say anything I like? That's a relief. Phew now I can get a load off of my mind okay...

Jack White - Is their anyone more outspoken then this guy on the planet? I mean C'mon he such a fuckin hypocrite and pretentious moron. Ok maybe Peter Griffin is slightly more out spoken then him but...

The strokes? Jim Morisson meets a bad hair day down at the local mullet lounge

Yeah Yeah Yeahs:- I don’t see the buzz here 0000h no bass? Wow that’s so unique I’m sure John Spencer knows damn sight more about how to convey energy through a jam then the white stripes and yeah yeah yeahs ever will!

To be honest I’m not impressed with the hype behind the so-called big acts these days I mean nothing that NME has hyped has got me excited or worked up into a euphoric frenzy. I like The Mars Volta but I don’t think they are the best thing ever and that album is way too over produced.

Looking at the local scene I am only interested in a handful of bands that stand out amongst all the dire dross - Tybalt, Distophia, Panda Love Unit, Shocked Elevator Family, Yellowbelly, Misty’s Big Adventure, The Reverends and The Courtesy Group… All the rest seem to sound the same. I know it’s a bleak view but I’ve seen so much of the local scene and besides those bands I named above not much else has impressed me..
