have you ever actually heard sonic youth?(distophia don't sound much like em)and one would think it would be very hard to copy sonic youth anyway.

I don't think everyone should take this plastic heroes thing so seriously, they're a band that dress up in brand new clothes trying to be retro, the guitarist looks like he's wearing a wig and they play miniature stadium rock(I wonder how they keep from laughing at themselves) So it's not like you hating them is going to make them any less likely to succeed.
