Subject: Three different detectors........
In reply to: Kelley (Texas) 's message, "Question: How many and what model detectors does everyone use......." on 17:04:57 06/11/01 Mon

I use three detectors: Fisher CZ5, Whites 6000 Pro XL, and Tesoro Bandido II uMax. About 90% of my metal detecting is relic hunting and I use the Whites 6000 Pro XL and Tesoro Bandido for that. When coin hunting, I use the Fisher CZ5. Of all the detectors, the Fisher CZ5 is by far the deepest one. I did a comparsion on the three recently, and was amazed that the Tesoro Bandido II uMax out performed my Whites 6000 Pro XL. My best find was a 1851 US Belt Plate in excellent plus condition, found at a old military camp site on the ranch behind me. Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas)
