Можно и насчёт других веществ пофантазировать.
Например, грибное состоние (своё) я бы сравнил со старым замороченным науками академиком, который во что-то очень мощно-примощно врубился и, поняв, что лишь он один это знает, сошёл с ума и, прищурив глаза, злобно расхохотался, потом обломался от мысли, что типа всё равно никто не врубится - лучше уж тогда молчать.
