А как бы точно определить? Я могу приблизительно описать что у меня вышло на вид-сможешь ли ты по устному описанию сказать мицелий это или нет? И кстати можно банки уже открыть(я бы тогда на это хоз-во сверху хоть глянул, а то сбоку неудобно разглядывать), учитывая что они уже месяц стоят или не стоит ради стерильности?
