Да одинаково, что наши, что не наши. Видимо вся фишка в клетчатке. Если желудок слабый полюбому мутит. Выхода два: хавать много - тогда будет не до тяжестей в эпигастрале или пить какие-нибудь ферменты типа фестала. А лучше и то и другое.
