Ну, любителям внутренних усилий я обычно очень рекомендую "осознанные сновидения", там их ждет полный и абсолютный отрыв с 2000% управляемостью. Но у меня на это не хватает терпения. ;)

А если серьёзно, то у каждого свой путь. Кто-то прыжком, кто-то ползком. Главное - хоть чучелом, хоть тушкой, главное - в'вееерххххх.... ой.
