Ну, формально говоря, споры, в отличии от "плодовых тел" не подпадают под определения соответствующих законов и списков, как на Руси, так и в прочих странах. Но тут следует заметить, что в отличии от прочих стран, где никому не придёт в голову притеснять законопослушных граждан, у нас зачастую закон что дышло, и об этом следует помнить.

К тому же есть прецендент с семенами конопли, оборот которых в России запрещен, несмотря на отсутствие в этом ограничении всякой юридической логики, а так же аналогов в мировом масштабе.
