I have a private client who's got a very intelligent border collie mix pup. He's responding very well and has learned all of his basic commands perfectly except the come command. We have tried everything. When he was about 6 weeks old his tail was very poorly cropped, and I think he might have some residual truama from that. I'm out of ideas, please help!
