good point, bands gotta look out for each other......does that include when yankee cover bands knowingly use another bands name?

O.K. look,
I thought of the name with no previous knowledge of any band by the same name.
Again, please have your or their attorney contact me regarding fair use of a name and if we are in violation of any laws, we will be happy to cease and desist.
Last I heard, the Canadian Smalls are no longer using the name anyway.
Perhaps you should find other ways to spend your time. Maybe you could do something other than skulk around on band's websites that you reportedly dislike. Or you could just keep ringing up our counter like a dope. Remember, there is no such thing as bad publicity.
Go order some wine, eat some cheese and do whatever else French people do to pass the time. But above all else, PISS OFF!!!!!!!!!
