Subject: mp3 link Author: No name [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 16:23:27 02/20/03 Thu http://artists.mp3s.com/artists/18/the_smalls.html lucius, i think you need to understand that canada is a very small market. for an INDEPENDANT band to last 11 years touring accross canada is an unbelievable accomplishment. candian major label artists that aren't doing well in the states or other countries have a hard time making a living here. its not as though the smalls were selling out arena's, they were playing clubs. but they were filling those clubs....at least in western canada. they did play in the same clubs, and draw as big of crowds as bigger, signed bands.
