what the fuck?? You guys aren't The Smalls.
You should of really checked to see if the name was in use before you decided to call yourself that. Don't worry, it's not too late to change your name though!! It's not like anybody knows who you are anyway... Maybe you should change your name to The Rolling Stones!!!! Wow would you EVER be huge then!

Band names are copyrighted. So change yours, because the Canadian band was around for a long time before you were.
