The upstairs neighbor's statements to you match those given later to police. The problem I have is they are quite different from those first given to the officers taking the missing person's report (see the website). Why, if the noises were 'sexual in nature' would he knock on the door the next day. Why, if he was concerned enough to check on her by knocking, did he still not do anything when he got no answer and saw her cat outside. And finally, Danielle swears, to this day, that when she arrived, Stacey's door was pulled shut, but not fully latched - in other words, she was able to push the door open without turning the knob. Something here just doesn't make sense. But, then again, neither does the loss of Stacey....
