In the Cell Saga, he trained for a year and then came out with is hair that cool gold and he was a super Saiyan normally from then on. He didn't have to power up anymore.) "In my transformed state you wouldn't be a match for me, but I will continue to refine my power until I can remain that way all the time. Perhaps I can teach you some techniques or train you.
