Subject: Hi everyone!

Well, Fred and I have been neglecting the board again, but this time it's been for a good reason :o). We've sold our house and are in the process of buying a new one! We found a great house (and I don't recommend anyone do this) the only catch was, we had to sell our current house in thirty days in order to keep the contract on the new one. So we ran around like crazy people trying to get the house ready to show (paint over all the crayon drawings on the wall, pack and put most of our belongings in the attic so the house looks bigger etc.). But the good news is we sold our house one week after it was listed. And it's a good thing too! Trying to clean up every little toy after the girls, just in case someone came, was driving me crazy! I don't think I could've kept it up much longer- it took up all of my time.

Anyway, the new owners are closing on our house at the end of October and our new house will be built 6 months later. I know I said that we'd never buy a house with a Homeowner's Association again, but we really need 4 bedrooms and it's hard to find land to build on in Orlando!

I also wanted to give some updates:

Ariana is in Kindergarten and is doing really well. We recently found out that she can read and write by herself! We were quite surprised! She sounds out the words she doesn't know, and is pretty good at it. This is the cute stage, where we find her writing letters to us with misspellings like cetching (catching) and kame (came). Also, her front bottom teeth are loose!

We decided to wait until Kaylee is 4 before we send her to Preschool. They don't start the "learning" activities until then, and since I'm home all day anyway I'd like to keep her a little bit longer :o). But she is taking gymnastics with Ariana, and is so cute! Fred and I get to watch them from an observation booth, and they are making alot of progress. They are both much more graceful LOL!
