She laughs. "Do I seem that idiotic?" she asks of Adrian. Nonetheless, she takes a careful step toward the two, ready to duck at any second. That "Captain lack-of-one-eye" thing was a little unnerving, and she wasn't quite ready to gain such a nickname.
