Something about this territory had drawn the grey mare to it; the sea to the pull of the moon. She smiles to herself at this comparison. She has far more in common with the latter than with the wild, wild sea. Like the moon, she feels that she pulls things to her and affects certain events. What's the word... spotlight. She is always in her own mental spotlight, though some might not think it were so- in fact, the only thing that made the situation exist at all was the fact that this particular mare is very egocentric. And, like the moon, she is only a cold blue reflection of something far greater that only time and trust could unlock.
She casts her silver gaze out in search of someone who could allow her to stay, at least temporarily. She is very controlled, except for her eyes. If one were to look closely enough, they would see a pair of melted stars in their velvety black depths against a backdrop of frolicking shadows. Reflections are but a step up from shadows, really.
