Our city has not been open to other races in centuries. Surely our ancestors had good reason for closing our gates...but as you said earlier," she nods towards Istari, "Relations have improved... Although, humans and changelings tend to have a fiery nature, making them natural enemies to each other. I do not think we wish their quarrel within our walls. ...Mayhap they could be allowed in under a neutrality law... I say we should not get ourselves involved in their petty 'war.' Those who wish peace can enter our city...and those who wage the war..." she trails off, shaking her head before lapsing into her silent thought again.
