•¤• Patient steel-colored steed smoothly carries her lady into the vertical city, carefully picking a path among the scattered debris. Ivory visage tipped skyward, vivid verdent orbs unfalteringly sweep the tree-tops. Slender hands carefully guided the mare towards a shady alcove, partially hid amongst the lush vegetation. Filtered sunlight gleamed off of silvered tresses, silky wisps coyly clinging to tilted cheekbones and curving lips. Slipping fluidly from the saddle, she crossed to the small bench tucked away amid the vines, feet scarcely making a sound as they tread over the drying leaf litter. Settling herself elegantly on the seat of stone, a dainty flask appears in hand, seemingly out of thin air. Crystalline drops soothe the parched throat, and she silently contemplates her next action. •¤•
