I know its not much consolation - i looked at your boards and they were great! I know there are ad's on the boards there but its just a small suggestion.

I dont think it would have been your faul, no way, is the company a new one? maybe teething problems for them.

Hope you get it sorted out, im always here if you want help or advise (not condecending, i know your quite capable!)
