i see your point about darwin and mythology and i agree with the concept. i do not know of any vocal nietszche's existing before darwin, but this may just be a lack in my liberal arts education. or it may reflect the fact that causal thinking reigned in humans for so long and it may have been virtually impossible to think in this way. (i know there have been things written about what caused the change in thinking, the renaissance, industrial revolution, but i am not too familiar with this stuff, and i believe that you and i are approaching this from different perspectives which is kinda cool...).

at anyrate...i beleive we have strayed from the original question. what the heck was it anyways. storms question. we have left poor storm banging her head with no answer! lol! so at least lets try to answer it.

uh...ok, this one encompasses several problems, like do we postulate a soul, reincarnation, blah blah blah. i am tending here to go for reincarnation myself. however i have issues with the earthcentric nature of the whole idea. any way around that?

ps if you are bored with this we can drop it. just dont reply, i will totally understand!! lol!
