 *after having the wondrous spell of the mystical temple and apparition broken by a swift tag by that all-too-quick angel, medeis howls with laughter then hops up and gives chase!*

"what, you think i cant catch you, oh you dont know me very well" she taunts!

*medeis follows the angels flight around trees, over rocks, under bushes, through ponds, past clinging tendrils of plants that seem to want to trip her up. the angel dashes into a cave with medeis in hot pursuit. stalactites drip down like icicles from the cavern ceiling and stalagmites reach up like pillars from the floor. everywhere is the twinkle of glittering lights reflected off of precious colored stones caught in the walls of the cave. the angel runs around a corner and stops up short in a small alcove and medeis runs right into her tumbling them both to the sandy ground*

"ow!" "ow!" "oh, sorry!" "sodding get off me!" "oops!"

*suddenly a soft light goes on in the alcove and a heretofore unseen door slides shut, cutting them off from the cave. they feel a slight sinking feeling and look at each other*

"oh no," says medeis, "i think we're in an elevator!"
