No, I don't use anything like those to focus, but if you want to try to practice precog at will. Get a black or very dark blue bowl and fill it partly with water best to doin a semi-dark room so no reflections distract you. And look into it. Let your mind wander and try to describe the pictures that you see in your mind.

A mentor? I am a confidant, advisor or whatever you want to call me. I am in a certain place at certain times for a reason and just do what needs to be done. Age is irrevalent in my case. I just am.
