 I can't say much on this subject, but I do have someone that is with me. I feel protected by it, and get tricks played on me like things disappearing, the computer not working right. I think the joke playing is to make sure I don't forget that it's there, it can try to be controlling sometimes. Especially when I'm emotionally weak and I haven't paid attention to it at all. It's been with me since I was little. Have you ever felt like you were being guided on a certain path and you get redirected if you try to go another way other than the one you're supposed to? I've had rocky hills to get over, but that is part of life and what has happened to me could have been alot worse.

Medeis, I think that you have one around you, but it is possible to not realize it is there. I wouldn't be suprised if you start noticing things missing or being moved when you were sure of where you put them. In most cases things that happen can be coincidence as what we can do seems like it can be explained as something other than ESP or empathy. You could have been blocking it's presence from your mind because of trying to deal with the feelings that you couldn't explain.

I think you should do some research before coming into this world though. I am no real authority on these things. I have tried and failed at many things of this matter over the years,but I have learned from mistakes and been very lucky to have protection and the mental strength. The practice of Wicca might be good for you to learn for the control of your abilities. There are evil things out there though that can attach to you if you aren't careful. You mentioned a good point about the circle of pertection. I try to not spell cast because I really don't have that type of training. I'm stupid for not doing it, but in my current situation I can't do that course of study. I am self taught for the most part, but don't know as much as I should. So I govern what I do to things I can handle.
