you know what it means when people say a man has huge balls? (or brass ones, for that matter...) they're really brave or daring or they just totally rock.
but if a guy doesn't deserve the name but struts around as if he thinks he does, they say he's full of helium!
it's another way of saying "get off your high horse before you fall." only it's "deflate your balls before we do it for you!"
