ok, no offense (feel free to take a poke at dumb american words)...but i can't contain myself so here goes medeis' take on uk words:

boot...like what the hell is up with that. a boot is supposed to go on your foot.

lorry...sigh. this is a name folks!

bob...another name!

squash...c'mon guys, this is just crystal lite!

so what is a fanny anyhow? (besides a rear end and a name)

my favorite english words:

wanker (i use it all the time especially in polite company)

sod off (wonderful when flung over the shoulder as you stomp away)

pissed (for when you're at that just right stage of drunk)

peckish (i feel this quite often)

knackered (this too)

ta (try that on an american...doesnt work)

oi! (or, if you've ever seen ab fab, patsy: "oi! peanuts!"

bloody hell (for when oh shit just wont do)

and my favorite combo: sod off you bleedin' wanker!
