mccafferys books are wonderful and when i said cheeseball i guess i meant that they are not...well, intellectually heavyweight books. nevertheless, i too have read them many times. why? because something in them resonates with me, they are full of adventure and people who have something to say and are doing things, the characters are full-fleshed and well-written! i would recommend them to anyone and that is saying alot! so i am with you on this jade, the series is really great, just a favorite of mine and always will be!
