i can see we're going to have a lot of fun! i have never run with a panther before and i am looking forward to your tricks! feel free to tease me all you want, i love a good joke.

as for the wand:

*medeis, not noticing the bit of dirt on the tip of her wand, waves it in the air. nothing happens. "ok, what now?" she waves it again and gets a little sputter of blue smoke, then notices she is suddenly sitting in the middle of a dirty rain puddle. "what is it with this wand and water!" gets up and wrings out her dress. luckily the wand got a little wet so the dirt got washed off. medeis though is going to meditate on being friends with her wand before using it again so carelessly!*
