Author: medeis [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 18:34:21 04/28/01 Sat In reply to: dark 's message, "Re: to dark..." on 16:44:51 04/28/01 Sat well i had a couple of sang acquaintences back where i used to live, so i am sort of one step ahead of most people who don't know very much about it. they were such loners i really can't say they were friends, although i was good friends with the girlfriend of one of them. about me...i have psi tendencies myself but i am not a vampire...it is not a need with me, just something that happens now and then. i think that is because i am a witch. but i got interested because i was wondering for a while. i don't know if you have read any of the posts below, but i generally do not practice a whole lot of ritual and spell casting. i used to do that a lot, but now i am a bit quieter in my habits. i'm a sort of laid-back witch now! what else can i tell you? not much to tell really. i read alot...i am interested in science (medical), and i read a lot of sci-fi and some fantasy. i also like classics. i am a geek heh heh. i find it remarkable that you have come here to talk to us and i am appreciative too. i can only imagine what it must be like to know what you are, yet to have others look upon you as a role player (or psycho or whatever) because their minds cannot conceive of anything else, or because they are simply not educated. i guess that is why i wanted to establish right off that i understood your nature (as far as i can, not being a vampire myself). had you responded that you were in the ventrue clan then my response would have been quite different than what is posted here. (as you can imagine!) i suspect that venturing onto different boards would be an exercise in patience for you. particularly having to deal with misconceptions. at any rate, rest assured that if you do want to come back and talk, i for one am always up for a good chat about whatever...books, life, spells, movies. just no recipes because i can't cook! LOL! and if you want to talk about the trials and tribulations of being a vampire, well i am up for that too. then i can tell you about my problems being a witch! hope to see you around!
