Subject: psychology 101 Author: medeis [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 16:39:31 04/21/01 Sat i have an idea, but i don't know maybe it is stupid. i was just thinking that you know how it is difficult to post a new message to a new board when you want to join in? well what if there already existed a message, a thread header rather, that you could reply to? does that make any sense? then the person could just reply to that instead of having to get all angsty over making a first post. and it could have a question or two like what kind of creature are you. i don't know just a thought for you to consider. i guess if you did it and no one replied then you would also know that no one is cruising by the board. a test of sorts. anyhow, i am putting some thought into how to reach other people. i guess i have to wonder first who you want to reach. then you need to craft your message with intruiging words. you know, you could do worse than to sit on your site for a week or so and let it accumulate nice threads with interesting topics, then restart a directed campaign. rambling aren't i?
