Subject: Neo puppy growth chart

We have recently taken in a Neo puppy that was born into the rescue to a mother that was only around a year old. He is nine weeks old and weighs 20.4 pounds. We have had English and Dogue de Bordeux but this is our first neo and we want to make sure his growth and feeding is on target as he probably was lacking vital nutrients invitro. His mother had 14 puppies, all but two survived as she didn't pass the last two. They were bottle fed the first two weeks as the mother was too weak to nurse. What I am trying to find is a recommended weekly chart on typical growth of a Neo so that I can track his weight and height. I've tried Dr. Reders web but nothing on there and he hasnt responded. I'm hoping someone can give a bit of advise more than 5 pounds a week.
