Subject: Looking for western NC neo mastiff breeders

Hi, i live half an hour away from asheville in western north carolina and am looking to find the 'right' neopolitan mastiff breeder within a reasonable distance. I'm willing to travel, but please bear in mind i have two other large breed dogs and would rather not have to put them in a boarding house to spare my house being chewed to the ground! So if you live nearby, even maybe within a days drive (there and back) i would very much like to hear from you.
I'm looking to buy this puppy either in July or September time 2005. It just depends when my dachshunds have their litters.
I'm also posting this ahead of time so that i have the opportunity to choose a preferred breeder. Someone who breeds to a high quality, can show pups they bred and four years later how well they're doing. It also gives me a heads up as to how much money i will need to set aside (separate from buying shots, food and all those accessories puppies just have to have!)
I am looking for a female (i already have a male and no matter how cute the boys are, definitley cant have another one in the house), purebred - mine are a presa canario mix and i would like a full blooded lil girl this time, and preferrably with a black or mahogany coat. i dont want to sound like im fashion shopping, but coat colors i know i dont want are brindle and grey/blue.
I do plan on one day breeding the female, so breeders who require a pup to be spayed probably shouldnt contact me lol.
My adult dogs are all over 100 pounds, my male 100, my female 120, so i would ideally like to see the parents of this pup weigh in at around the same.
Once again, im not trying to sound picky or like im shopping on ebay, but i have a lot of time to think about this and dont want to waste a breeders time or get my hopes up .....please feel free to contact me if you think one of my "requirements" is unrealistic or needs rethinking. I'm more than happy to learn about the breed if i've made some huge oversight.
I hope to hear from people soon and look forward to one day picking up a little girl.
