Your neo is still a puppy but neos are a very dominant breed. They don't like to be forced into anything. The absolute best way to train this puppy is with positive reinforcemeent. NO jerking, choke chain, pushing/pulling into positions, hitting, slapping, etc. You will only teach him NOT to trust you. What kind of training do you have him in now? Do you know how positive reinforcement training works; how to train using it?
