I have a few more names for your list. Tom Wayland, Tommy Wayland, Billy Holder, Billy Bryan, Byron Dryden (died, cancer), George "Lizard" Larzelere, Robert Vaughn (died, cancer), Clif Pennington, Greg Laves, Don Strasheim, Bodie (died gunshots) and David Craig (mostly flat track), Tony and later Joe Bob Ebers. And probably two people who should always mentioned when you talk about that time and place even though they didn't race, Tommy(deceased)and Rita Gunter, who took all of those thousands of photographs for Cycle News. The sad part is that I am soooo bad with names that I know I am still leaving a lot of people out.
