i guess it is stuff that we don't read about too often nowadays. i'm sure things are happening back home, but we just don't hear about it.

emower the people, i say. what can we do? for those of us who live outside our home province, our country, are there ways that we can assist in the development of our province? are our people happy the way they are? are the services provided for them adequate?

if this old discussion material or something not worth dicussing, no worries.
