How about the likes of Petueli Budiara, William Edoni, Davis Steven, Lesley Narara,Jeffrey Toloube, Gabriel Setepano, just to name a few..?

Just out of curiosity, what are Mr David Inmans policies/goals on law and order, health and education, infrastructural and economic development for Esa'ala?
And can anyone define for me "goods and services"? I ask this because I know what "services" should be given to the people, but what are the "goods"..that are supposed to be going to the people?
