Dont know how accurate this toktok is, but word has it that Tim Neville is questioning Moses Maladinas win because constitutionally, in order for him to stand for elections,
1. Records must show that he was born in the province (he was born in Lae), and 2. If he wasn't born there, he should be resident in the province for six months prior to the elections(he was in the province less than three months prior to polling)..he just spent a lot.. a lot of money.
On both counts, he doesn't meet the constitutional criteria.
