Raises her head and whinnies, happy to be alive. She turns and gallops around the territory, so full of energy and life. Her small, black-tipped ears pricked and nostrils flaring as her takes in all there is to see, and hear. She knew what Sasha meant when she was speaking of the little things that make life worth while. She slowed to a sheer halt beside the oasis, and lowered her delicate head to drink. Her silky black forelock split, revealing her bold white star. Her head rose as she shook her long, fine, black mane and watched the ripples on the water as they reflected the sunlight. She looked across the lake, and seeing Innocence, whinnied happily. She reared and jumped into the water, sending a spray of white water high into the air. She galloped until it was too deep to stand, then swam across. She gracefully walked up the shore and over to Innocence. She smiled at her; deep brown eyes seem to glow as she looks over Innocence.
"Hey, how's it going?"
She says then backs away and shakes off, as if not to get her wet. Then, bored with no response turned and galloped up the side of the cliff where she saw Sky. She slowed as she reached the top, and looked over the side, watching the horses a few seconds before approaching Sky. She stood near him and looked off into the distance.
"Beautiful, isn't it?"
she said lightly, eyes not leaving the horizon line.
"You're lucky Sky, to have a herd as this. And the rest of us are lucky to be able to live here, and I to be alive. You're a good leader Sky. Don't let anyone tell you different. I've seen past leaders commit suicide because they couldn't take the pressure of being king. You haven't wavered, and I respect you for that."
she said in a bold tone. Then lowered her head and nibbled at the soft blades of grass beneath her hooves.
