что через 3 годы вы будете фактически первым лицом в России, решающим быть или не быть таким организациям, как разведка. Такие вещи решает президент, если не сказать - монарх.

Интересно, на чем основано такое заявление безработного провинциального педераста без профессии, умственных способностей и волевых качеств?
Нет ни малейших предпосылок для того, чтобы ничтожество, вроде вас могло чем-то создать угрозу или наоборот, процветание для могущественной и нужной для страны организации.
