The music video is for "Breaking Us In Two" available on a DVD anthology, "I Want My DVD, Vol. 1" on Telefilms International BWFD9501-9.
The video is sad and beautiful. Views of the Oakworth train station and a train pulled by a vintage steam engine, as well as those cobblestone roads and old buildings of your neighborhood.
The story: a girl, her many packed bags in her arms is apparently leaving home. Also in her arms is a birdcage, and she accidentially drops it freeing the bird. She sadly trudges down the steep cobblestone road and then (to add insult to injury) breaks one of her bootheels.
She reaches the train station, purchases a ticket and awaits the train. The train has on board a passenger, Joe, who is looking out the window at her. There are a few typically vague music video "meaningful looks" and then the train pulls out, Joe still on board, but the girl remains on the platform.
She then trudges back up the steep road towards home and here's where your pooch gets his cameo. Then it starts to rain - oh so sad!
Joe is also pictured intermittently playing his upright piano (outside) and the freed bird stops by for a visit for a moment.
Hope you can track it down!
