Is there any way to ban the person called Kenny from the bar? Perhaps you can block him?

It seems to me that his rudeness only sows discord. He is not very intelligent and sems focused only on offending others with his far out frankly, "wacky" posts. I would be delighted if he were banned. Pleas consider this friendly suggestion.
