Not only is a portable Russian Nuke of that era shining like a beacon, to more-modern detectors--it'll be killing its new owner softly. Something bad *could* still happen. But whether it's hidden in some apartment on this continent or being examined by "religious" tyrants trying to reverse-engineer it, this is probably a weapon that is already nuking its handlers.
