...just sailing around, already out of the most expensive part of our gravity-well. Motivated by a potential for profit, the private sector can and will revise those orbits and turn those rocks into something useful to our Species. OR, motivated by a potential to marginalize, demonize and forbid--statists and their fellow-travelers will ensure that nothing is done--until a chunk of it falls on us and reboots civilization, or perhaps even biology.
