Was widowed some years ago--thanks to her having more medical problems that the law would allow. I lived with knowing it would never be 'if;' only 'when.' It gives everything a different feel. And people who don't get it--seriously don't get it. I hope the ...proceedings went properly, and I hope you have a handle--your own handle--on how you feel about it.
