**Her good eye mists over and the blind one heats to a swirling red. She smiles faintly at Mesyra lounging on the brass chair. She draws her dagger and takes a step. Suddenly a mosquito bites her, her eyes fade back to normal. She stares in bewilderment at the dagger in her paw and sheaths it hurriedly. She whips out a black fan with strange writing on it and seats herself, her face hidden by the fan**
