This quote was eited as follow:

When given to Pranabananda by Lahiri Mahasaya, it was the "second" Kriya he received from the Yogavatar. This Kriya enables the that has mastered it to leave and return to the body consciously at any time. Great yogis go "in and out" of the spiritual eye, the pranic star "door" of salvation. So, according to SRF, the original Second Kriya was just the "second" Kriya given by Lahiri Mahasaya to Swami Pranabanandaji.
