Ketch,
By the way, i am independent of any fanclub. I am speaking from my personal training and experience. I am speaking for myself and belong to no Institute.

I am saying this was the original intent of OMkar Kriya with Kechari, to deepen or accelerate the personal spiritual growth of the practitioner.

I am sorry if I have sounded arrogant. I only meant to share my understanding of Kechari and Omkar Kriya the way it was originally taught. Not to imply yours or anyone elses way is inferior. ONly to clear up Kechari mudra use in Omkar Kriya as taught by Lahiri. These days there are other considerations, such as Yoganandaji's modifications, which i believe he was competent to do.

It is true that in my personal experience, Omkar Kriya with Kechari versus without kechari is much more powerful. Someone elses experience may be different. It is true that Kechari has more than one stage. It is true that first stage is generally what is taught these days. Does this mean those who dont know it can't acheive realization. Of course not! Does it mean my Kriya is better than your Kriya..of course not.

Let us move on now. No more point in creating further tension. My apologies for sounding arrogant.

Warm regards,

Anand
