Dwayanu,
Regarding Dusk and Willow's book, on page 146 there is this passage;"The cosmic visions that Norman has received in meditation over the past year, then shared with us as at family meetings, were a reason that some members left. Even though no one is expected to, or should, embrace the founder's insights for their own without strong, inner verification, a reasonable degree of openness and sincere consideration are in order because Norman has earned them. The people who did not feel the insights were very possible, or chose to ignore them, tended to draw further and further back until the question of rejection or acceptance became a matter of personal crisis. To prevent this happening in the future, we will have newcomers read the visions, which are to be included in Norman's autobiography, and let them see from the first whether or not his insights are ones they can consider further." This excerpt from the book "Sunburst: A People, A Path, A Purpose", is dated March 26th 1980.
