Hello Jo,

On you second point, I too have wondered why there is a dearth of women posting here. So much testerone without the balancing feminine input leads to alot of hurrumphing and turf-protecting.

Maybe you can have your female friends join the fray, er, fun. It is good to exchange viewpoints I believe because one can learn something and that's always a good thing.

I'm open to the possibility of these ancient civilizations has having been just what they are purported to have been, that is, greatly advanced and admired such as Plato writes. And I read in an early edition of the AY (might've been a footnote) where Yogananda speaks of Mu, Lemuria and Atlantis.

Check out that website earthfiles.com. It's run by a very well respected journalist and researcher (a female) who posts all sorts of interesting things such as this discovery of an ancient civilization off the west coast of Cuba that might have been part of a pre-Mayan culture. The team that is doing the excavating is going to be going back with more advanced instruments to obtain better data this summer (funding is a problem).

Best wishes,
Bill
